Is anyone else glad that it’s a deload week this week in our strength cycle?  I certainly am.

We’re going to be doing a BUNCH of mobility this week in the gym.  Let’s get loosened up for the start of the next cycle.  What kind of mobility would you like to see in the gym more often?
