A new week!

How are those points going?  Are we keeping them high on a daily basis?  The idea of the points is to help you see what you’re doing outside of the gym.  What you’re eating, how you’re recovering, and your sleep patterns.  So, keep track, pay attention to what you’re doing to help yourself, and develop some new patterns!  Good luck and keep it up!
