#BAF – Day 1!

It’s day one of #BAF, who are you bringing with you?  Let’s have some fun!

We had a great hike on Saturday morning.  It was a beautiful day, the sun was warm and the air was cool, and the company was great!  Even had a great lunch after.  We’ll be having hikes every month now on the third Saturday of the month!  Put it on your schedule!

Don’t forget that Friday the 30th, the gym will be closed!  Plan your workouts accordingly.
