Just a bit tougher this week…

This week we’ll be upping the reps/times a bit so it’s going to be a bit more difficult.  That’s how we make progress though!  Let’s get to work!

Continuing on with our visuals of what these movements are at the end of our long progressions, this is a single leg squat!

10 Windmills
DB Row 4×7
10 Dislocates
RDL 4×7 Reps
5 Reps Straight Leg Stretch

Get{Fit}
3 RNDs:
10 Hip Bridges
10 Sissy Squats
10 Box Jumps
