The start of a short week!

It may be a short week, but it’s going to be a good one.  Please read the email that went out on Sunday as there is a LOT of information in there that you need to know.

The pre Whole 30 BBQ is Saturday at the gym at 10am.  Please RSVP by Thursday night so I know who is coming and can purchase enough food.  If you are coming, please bring a paleo/Whole 30 side dish to share with everyone!  There are literally thousands of recipes out there on the internet, so get creative and have some fun!  Let’s have a great BBQ to kick off 30 days of clean eating.

I know that a lot of you have been looking forward to this, so let’s stick together and support each other.  Having a group to lean on to give tips and advice to always makes these challenges that much easier.  Let’s keep together by posting photos of our meals, the recipes and positive messages on the gyms Facebook page.  That way, we can all see what we’re up to and have better access to meals that we’ve actually tried!  Let’s eat clean!
