It’s December already?!?!?!  I can’t believe how fast time is flying by.  Soon, it’ll be next year already!

Monthly Challenge:

Push Ups!  I know that I definitely need to work on my push ups, and I know that some of you do too.  So, lets all get together and try out this 30 day push up challenge.  Remember, you can scale these however you’d like.  You don’t have to do them unbroken, but you do have to do them all, so pick something challenging and stick to that for the whole month.

Holiday schedule:

The gym will be open Christmas Eve day, Tuesday the 24th, in the morning for the 6:30 and 7:30 classes.  We’ll be having a special class that day at noon for the evening people. We will be closed on Christmas Day, Wednesday the 25th.  Thursday the 26th we’ll be back to our regularly scheduled program., so don’t let your training lapse for the holidays!  Get in here and get your sweat on.
