Hurray, it’s Monday! We love Mondays here at FitCamp.  “What you must be crazy?!”, I’m sure that you’re asking.  Yes, Mondays are awesome because we get to start anew and train yet again to make us better at life.  We love Mondays, it’s opportunity.
