A New Beginning!

I’m really excited about getting going with the new Gymnastics work!  It’s going to be a lot to learn but, I’m confident that we’ll all get it quickly and have some fun with it!  Let’s get work done!

30 Sec lat leans

Get{Fit}
3 RNDs
7 Goblet Squats
4 Wrist Rolls
7 Bulgarian Split Squats
