Good news everyone!



Big, BIG announcement.  We’re moving to a new location by the end of this week!  It’s very exciting times.  We’re going to have much more space, new equipment and just overall awesomeness.  I’m very, very excited about it.  More details to come!

Daily Dose

Warm up:
400m run
PVC Work
3 RTF:
10 Swings (American)
7 Goblet Squats
3 Presses on each arm
Foam Rolling

5 RTF:
7 DB Deadlifts (50/35#)
7 DB Thrusters (50/35#)
7 Box jumps (30/24″)
