Skill week

Monday, we meet again…

I always hear people complain about Mondays. I guess I get it, one day out of the week has to be the bad guy. But if it wasn’t Monday, it would be Tuesday. This week will be a little but more chill. We’re going to be taking a break from the strength and focusing on skill a bit this week and sharpening our movement a bit more. If you have any questions, comments or concerns about the week, don’t hesitate to ask.
