I’ve never been a fan of that saying.  Especially when it comes to food.  But, I won’t get into that now.  Another post.  Does anyone ever really remember a moderately good time?  Or a moderate workout?  No.  They remember the hard ones, the things that made them suck it up and push through it.  Or that moderately good cheat meal?  How was that last week?  Don’t really recall?  not surprised.  No one remembers the parts of their lives that were lived in moderation.  Go out to the edges.  Get out of your comfort zone.  That’s where life’s experiences are.  Progress is only made when we do the things that are uncomfortable.  Working out is hard.  It supposed to be.  If it were easy, everyone would be lean and healthy, but we’re not.  Be comfortable being uncomfortable.  That’s how we grow.
