Run 800m (1/2 mile)
40 sit ups
40 mountain climbers
Run 400m (1/4 mile)
30 sit ups
30 mountain climbers
Run 200m (1/8 mile)
20 sit ups
20 mountain climbers
Run 100m (1/16 mile)

Daily Dose

Get{Strong}
Kolkov Press 3X5, work up to a heavy set of 5.  Then, drop to 75% and do max reps.

Get{Fit}
50 DB Snatch L
50 DB Snatch R
Every minute on the minute perform 5 burpees.
