Deadlifts.  Work to a heavy 1RM.

    My second time ever lifting and I did 167.5 which is up from the 135 I lifted the first time!! That felt good!

    95 lbs for my first time even touching a barbell…still not thrilled but closer to being proud…kinda sorta
