Friday!

Hurray!  It’s Friday again.  Today is going to be a fun little workout.  We’re going to be working on something that we don’t do that often, and then a little workout.  It’s going to be great!

Daily Dose

Get{Strong}
1 RM Bench Press

Get{Fit}
5x100m Sprints w/30 seconds rest between each round

Then:

10 RNDs:
5 Push Ups
5 DB Snatch R (50/35)
5 DB Snatch L (50/35)
